We reserve the right, at Our sole judgment, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any point of time without any prior notice. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use regularly for updates/changes. Users making a booking on the Website shall be referred to as the “car owner” and Users providing their services by listing them on the Website shall be referred to as the “garage owner”.
You will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details, and vehicle information. You should ensure that the information furnished by you is correct, complete, and not misleading. You should also inform us promptly of any changes to the data that you have provided, by updating your details, so we can deliver and provide you the services efficiently.
We will make several services available to you free of charge. The services will include the ability to search Service providers for automotive repair to perform for your vehicle, The ability to view a detailed profile of Garages / Car Service providers and their services prices and rating data, and the ability to post feedback and ratings concerning any Service provider you have used as a result of your use. We do not interfere with the services provided and bills generated by the garages listed in our website, however, you are welcome to provide a rating and review for the garage where you availed of car service through our scheduling system.
It is important to remember that comments posted to our public sections /forum may be recorded on our Website. It is hence important that You are thoughtful and judicious about the personal information that You may reveal about Yourself and others, and in particular, You must not reveal sensitive, proprietary or classified information in Your comments to our public sections/forums.
If You are making online payments of any kind, You signify and warrant that
(a) any credit card, debit card, and bank account data You provide is true, accurate, and comprehensive,
(b) the card was issued in Your name and charges incurred by You will be accepted by Your credit/debit card organization or bank.
You shall be solely liable for compliance with all relevant laws for making payments to Service Geni.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The items currently listed are not qualified for a return.
The Website will not issue refunds for products bought through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
In case of complaints in the doorstep services provided, an investigation will be carried out and the service will be redone if the partner has failed to meet the promised service standards or failed to complete the listed service items included in the booked package. In special cases where service is not redone a partial refund will be initiated for the car owner.
